CONTROLLER - Financial Planning
The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, a $1.9 billion mutual savings Bank seeks a Financial Planning Controller who will have principal management responsibility of the Bank's financial planning processes including: budgeting process; profitability measurement and business analytics; asset/liability modeling; investment portfolio management; insurance/risk management; and federal and state bank taxation. This position reports to the E.V.P., Chief Financial Officer.
Qualified candidates will have:

At least 8 years experience in all facets of bank accounting, investments, financial reporting, and staff management.

Knowledge of banking and accounting compliance regulations including GAAP/RAAP.

Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in accounting/finance.

Masters in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration is a plus.

Demonstrated success with profitability analysis and business analytics in banking or financial services.

Advanced computer and database management skills.

At least two years prior staff management experience.

Ability to be precise and to meet strict deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
