Mortgage Loan Officer- Nantucket
The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, a full service mutual savings bank with assets over $2 billion, seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer. You will be responsible for Residential Lending business development in your assigned area including development of market area business plan, community relations and developing relationships with centers of business influence. Responsible for submitting quality and accurate loan application files, meeting all documentation and compliance standards.
Qualified candidates will have at least three to five (3-5) years of experience in a retail bank environment; comprehensive knowledge and understanding of secondary market documentation and underwriting requirements, especially for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac; expertise in loan processing, underwriting, and closing.
