Cape Cod Five welcomes Justin R. Novak as Director of Operational Services and Facilities

Justin "Skip" Novak recently joined Cape Cod Five to oversee Facilities and Purchasing, following a broad range of related responsibilities in operational management for the past 20 years. During this time he has been instrumental in implementing and administering a number of large-scale programs in facilities, construction, procurement, disaster recovery and regulatory compliance for two healthcare systems, on and off Cape Cod. Novak's extensive education took him from a B.A. at the University of New Hampshire, to a M.S.A. from Vermont's Saint Michael's; with additional studies at Dartmouth Medical School and Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Dorothy Savarese, President and CEO at Cape Cod Five expressed, "We are very fortunate to have Skip working with us. He will play a key role helping us in today's banking environment, as well as tomorrow's continued growth." Novak currently serves on the advisory board for Emergency Management at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and on the Barnstable County Regional Emergency Preparedness Committee. Skip and his wife reside in Falmouth, have two adult children, and enjoy golf, skiing and fishing in their spare time.
