A. Yes, you can have access to multiple companies within a single BEB access and even perform ACH origination from them. However, you may only pay bills from one account. A. Yes, click "Administration, Add User" to setup individuals with their own unique login. You decide who sees which account, who can submit or who can approve any transaction.

A. Yes, sign up for BEB with ACH payment services and give your employees the added benefit of direct deposit. Plus, with direct deposit, your employees are eligible for a Checking Account with no monthly maintenance fee.
Q. Can I pay my Taxes using BEB?
A. You need to have ACH payments included in your BEB profile. From there you can pay Federal taxes, as well as taxes to any state. Once your enrollment in http://www.eftps.gov Web site has been confirmed, you can setup to pay your Federal Taxes on BEB. You may also need to enroll with the states as well.
Q. Can I transfer money both in and out of my Cape Cod Five accounts to other financial institutions?
