- Analyze and review the financial impact of your proposed project
- Review borrowing options and related market conditions.
- Assist with the preparation of the proper language used to authorize debt.
- Coordinate the efforts of Bond Counsel and the Bureau of Accounts to satisfy legal requirements.
- Advice on interim financing, including suggested amounts and terms.
- Notify potential purchasers of a competitive bid note sale.
- Advise on the amount, term, sale date and maturities of long-term issues.
- Developing an official statement requiring financial, geographical and historical information, as well as a description of the bonds and the details of the sale.
- Coordination of the sale of bonds with Bond Counsel, appropriate municipal officials, a bond printer, a rating agency, and prospective purchasers.
- Coordinate the presentation to a rating service.
- Advertise the sale in most appropriate media.
- Hold the bond sale itself.
- Handle the printing, signing and delivery of the bonds.
- Assuming the role of transfer and paying agent for bonds and serial loan issues.
