The Cape Cod Five is participating in the Making Home Affordable program announced by the Treasury Department.
The program provides refinancing opportunities for eligible borrowers current on their mortgage loans that are held by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac but have been unable to take advantage of lower mortgage interest rates because their homes have decreased in value.
Currently in order for Cape Cod Five to help you, we must be servicing your loan for Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. If you are presently a Cape Cod Five mortgage customer to determine if we are able to assist you, (and your mortgage account number begins with either 40 or 32-the loan is a Fannie/Freddie loan-add or use for screening before or after call is made) you can call us at 888-225-4636.
