Additional Information

Funds from Cape Cod Five will only be granted to organizations based on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Southeastern Massachusetts, and must not be used elsewhere. Please note that 73% of grants awarded in 2015 were $2,500 or less.

  1. How do I register to use this eGrant.net?
    Click “Create an Account” on the login page. Enter your user information and click “Proceed”.
     
  2. I am a registered user. How do I log in to the system?
    Enter your login name and password, and click “Login”.
     
  3. How do I change my password?
    At the top right of any screen click your user name. You can change your organization name, password, contact name and contact email address from this page. Click “Save Changes” when done. Click the Home icon to return to your landing page (Instructions, Drafts, or History).
     
  4. How do I start a new application?
    Click one of the available applications under “Opportunities” on the left side of your screen.
     
  5. How do I edit or complete an application?
    After you have selected one of the “Opportunities” you can immediately begin completing your application. Use the Save icons at the top or bottom of your screen to save your progress. If you’d like to quit and continue working on the application later, save your progress before logging out of the system. When you log back in later you will see the application in your “Drafts” list. Select the application by clicking the checkbox to the right of the application, and click “Edit” at the top of the page to continue working.
     
  6. Where are the guidelines for this application?
    If the application has documented guidelines, first save your work using the Save icons at the top or bottom of your screen. Click the Home icon. Select the application by clicking the checkbox to the right of the application, and click “Guidelines” at the top of the page.
     
  7. How can I view and print a summary of the work I've completed so far for a particular application?
    If you are in an application save your work using the Save icons at the top or bottom of your screen. Click the Home icon. Select the application by clicking the checkbox to the right of the application, and click “View” at the top of the page. A PDF of your application will open, which you can print it by selecting “Print” from the File menu. Some grant programs may require a hard copy of this form to be submitted as part of the application process, so refer to the guidelines for further instructions.
     
  8. How do I delete an application from my list?
    Click the Home icon to navigate to “Drafts”. Here you will see applications not yet submitted. Select the application by clicking the checkbox to the right of the application, and click “Delete” at the top of the page. After confirming the deletion, the application will be removed from your list. You will not be able to delete your application after it is submitted.
     
  9. How do I submit my application once it's completed?
    Page through the application using the Save icons at the top or bottom of your screen, or select the “Submit” page from the left navigation tree. Click the “Submit” button. If you are missing information you will not be allowed to submit.
     
  10. How do I contact an administrator?If you are in an application save your work using the Save icons at the top or bottom of your screen. Click the Home icon. Select the application by clicking the checkbox to the right of the application, and click “Contact” at the top of the page to send your eGrant.net questions to a staff member. Microsoft Outlook should then open a new email with an address in the recipient field.
