Cape Cod 5 is in the process of evolving the applicant experience and implementing a
software upgrade. During this upgrade, we will continue to accept applications for support,
but as of January 1, 2020, past applications are no longer available to view or
download through the previous eGrant system.
Digital copies of previous applications may be obtained by emailing us at [email protected]at any time.
Please note that at this time you will not be able to save progress on your application
for support, so please be sure you have all information ready to submit when you begin the
application. If you wish to send supporting documentation, please attach in an email to [email protected]and include your organization name in the subject field.
