Click on the link next to the healthcare organization to which you would like to donate below. You will be taken to a secure portal where you can make a donation with a credit or debit card.
A confirmation email and tax receipt will be sent to the email address you provide. Donations will be distributed to each healthcare organization by Cape Cod Foundation. Your tax receipt will reflect this. Cape Cod 5's matching contributions will be subject to an overall cap of $100,000 and an individual cap for each healthcare organization as identified on each of the seven donation pages.
