Is my Online Banking user name and password the same?
Yes. There has been no change to your Online and Mobile Banking login credentials.
Why did you make this change?
The updated, more intuitive and responsive design is intended to make it easier and more convenient to find what you're looking for. It will allow you to access all the same information and resources across any device you use to visit the site – desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile phone.
Has the Bank's web address (URL) changed?
The Bank's website address has stayed the same and can continue to be accessed at www.capecodfive.com or https://www.capecodfive.com. When you see this web address in your browser’s address bar, you will know you are in the right place.
