Cape Cod 5 Welcomes Tim Souza as Mortgage Loan Officer
Tim will serve clients across Southeastern Massachusetts
Hyannis, MA – Cape Cod 5 is pleased to announce that Tim Souza has joined the Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Tim will serve clients across Southeastern Massachusetts. In his role, Tim will work closely with individuals and families to help them navigate the home financing process and identify solutions that best meet their needs.

Tim is actively involved in the community, supporting financial literacy initiatives for local students and mentoring through Junior Achievement programs. He also volunteers his time coaching youth sports in the Lakeville district.
