Cape Cod 5's Karina Polk Joins Yarmouth Team as Banking Center Manager
Hyannis, MA – Cape Cod 5 recently named Karina Polk as Banking Center Manager of its Yarmouth location at 514 Station Ave. She was promoted to Banking Center Manager on the float team in 2023 and most recently served as Interim Banking Center Manager at the Bank’s Hyannis Route 28 location.
“This well-earned promotion is a tribute to Karina’s passion for helping our clients meet their financial goals and dedication to her team of colleagues throughout the Bank,” said Chris Richards, Chief Banking Services Officer at Cape Cod 5. “With her active presence in the community, Karina will continue to serve as a trusted partner for individuals, families and businesses in the region, offering sound guidance and personalized resources to support them along their financial journey.”
Karina has been part of Cape Cod 5’s Banking Services team since 2019 in the roles of Relationship Banker III and Assistant Banking Center Manager. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked for regional, national and international banks in roles with increasing responsibility.
Karina earned both a master’s degree in banking and financial support services and a bachelor’s degree in finance and financial management services from West University of Timisoara in Romania. She also holds the designation of Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP).
Karina serves as a Yarmouth Rotary Club member, on the Yarmouth Food Pantry Board of Directors and on the Cape Cod Young Professionals Events Committee. She also volunteers with the WE CAN Financial Empowerment group. As an active member of the community, she is often found volunteering with a local organization or representing the Bank at community events.
