To complete verification:

On a desktop computer:

  1. Sign into Online Banking and open Send Money Globally

  2. Choose the country, enter the amount, and select continue

  3. Scan the QR code with your phone's camera, follow the prompts to photograph your ID
     

On the Mobile App:

  1. Select the "Verify my identity" link or button when it appears

  2. Your phone will open the verification page in your mobile web browser

  3. Allow camera access when your browser asks and follow the prompts to photograph your ID

  4. Return to the Cape Cod 5 Mobile App. Once you pass verification, you can complete your transfer
     

IMPORTANT: The name on your ID must match the name on your account exactly. Once you are verified, you can use Send Money Globally normally in either Online or Mobile banking without completing this step again.
