Tim Souza

Tim Souza brings over 20 years of experience to his role as Mortgage Loan Officer at Cape Cod 5, helping individuals and families navigate the home financing process. Prior to joining Cape Cod 5, he served as Vice President, Mortgage Lending Officer for regional credit unions. Throughout his career, Tim has focused on understanding the unique goals of his clients and guiding them through every step of the mortgage journey toward their best outcome.  

Tim works with a wide range of clients – from first-time homebuyers to those purchasing their second home or investment properties – and is committed to finding the right solution for each situation. Known for his clear communication and thoughtful approach, he strives to make the lending process as smooth, transparent and efficient as possible. His experience and dedication give clients the confidence and support they're looking for from application through closing.

Tim is actively involved in the community, supporting financial literacy initiatives for local students and mentoring through Junior Achievement programs. Tim also volunteers his time coaching youth sports in the Lakeville district. He resides in Southeastern Massachusetts with his family and enjoys spending time with them, working on home projects and cheering on Boston sports teams.
