Card Management is a tool that helps you make sure your money is safe. You can lock or unlock your debit and ATM card(s) on-the-go, set travel notices, and set up alerts to monitor account transactions - all from within your Online or Mobile Banking account.

Lock or Unlock a Debit/ATM Card
You may need to lock your debit card in the event your card has been misplaced or you believe it may have been compromised. A debit card that has been locked can be unlocked, e.g., when the card has been found, suspect transactions have been validated, etc.
From within Online or Mobile Banking, click/tap the switch for the desired debit/ATM card in Card management. The color of the switch tells you the card’s status:
  • Green – The card is active and can be used to make purchases online or in-person. “Active” appears under the card.
  • Grey – The card is locked and can’t be used for one-time purchases online or in-person. Recurring purchases, e.g., gym memberships, subscriptions, will continue to be processed. "Locked” appears under the card.
When using Online Banking to lock a card, a dialog box will appear to prompt you to confirm your decision. Click Confirm to complete the status change. The dialog box will not appear in Mobile Banking.
Set Travel Notices
