Cape Cod 5’s Online Banking and Mobile Banking provide the flexibility to let you tailor your Dashboard to fit your needs. Your dashboard is the initial view of your account(s) and menu options that you see when you log in to Online and Mobile Banking. 

The different sections of the Dashboard are called “cards.” Each card has a different function, e.g., Transactions, Transfers, Payments. 
You can adjust the cards on your Dashboard in the following ways: 
  • Rearrange the cards, e.g., place your common tasks on top. 
  • Resize some of the cards. 
  • Remove cards you don’t need. You can always re-add them later. 

 

How to add and remove cards from your Dashboard

Add Cards
Use the following steps to add card(s) to your Dashboard.

Click/tap Organize dashboard. 
The Organize dashboard window appears with a listing of all cards shown on your Dashboard and their location.

Click/tap Add a card. 
A list of available cards displays.

Select the card(s) that you’d like to add.

When you’re done, click/tap < Add a card to return to the Organize Dashboard window.* 
The selected card appears at the bottom of the Organize dashboard window. 
If you’d like to move the placement of the new card(s), click/tap and drag it to the desired placement. 
* Applicable to Online Banking only.

Click/tap Done to return to the Dashboard. 
Remove Cards
Use the following steps to remove card(s) to your Dashboard.

Click/tap Organize dashboard. 
The Organize dashboard window appears with a listing of all cards shown on your Dashboard and their location.

Click/tap the X on the card that you’d like to remove. 
Any cards you’ve removed can be re-added later.

Click/tap Done to return to the Dashboard.

How to move and change the size of cards on your Dashboard

Move Cards
Use the following steps to rearrange the card(s) to your Dashboard.

Click/tap Organize dashboard on the bottom of the Dashboard screen. 
The Organize dashboard window appears with a listing of all cards shown on your Dashboard and their current location.

Click/tap and drag the card that you’d like to move to the desired placement.  When the card is where you’d like it, release it to confirm its new placement. 
The other cards will shift as you move the card around.

When you’re finished organizing, click Done. 
The Dashboard appears with the cards in their new locations. 
 
Change the Size of Cards
Use the following steps to change the size of cards on your Dashboard.
Not all cards can be resized.

Click/tap the more icon (...) on the card that you’d like to resize.

Select the desired Card size, i.e., Small or Large). 
If Card Size doesn’t appear, that card can’t be resized. 
  • Small displays a summary of the card’s data. 
  • Large displays details and expanded options (this is the default size). 
The card will now display with the selected size.
