2. Apply online.

The application will ask you questions about the home and your finances and should take less than 20 minutes to complete. As soon as you've finished the application we'll review your request for approval on-line.

After your application is completed, a Loan Officer will contact you to introduce themselves and to answer any questions you may have. Your Loan Officer is a mortgage expert and will provide help and guidance along the way. If we were unable to approve your request online, they'll ask you for any information required to make a decision about your loan.

If you are purchasing a new home, the Loan Officer will also contact the Real Estate Broker to obtain necessary information.

3. Processing of your loan.

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive information detailing the terms of the loan you have selected as well as the costs of closing your loan. Upon receipt of your consent to proceed, we will contact a local appraiser to determine your home's value and an attorney to complete a title search for your home. Once these items have been completed and income, asset and other documentation has been collected, your loan will be submitted to underwriting for a final credit decision.

4. Closing of your loan.

Once all conditions of your loan approval have been met, we will schedule a closing with the Bank’s attorney. At closing, the attorney will review all of your loan documentation and collect any remaining down payment and closing costs. After the closing has been completed, you will then be ready to move into your new home or will have completed your refinance!
At any time during the loan process you may check in with your Loan Officer directly to answer any questions you may have.
